“We are so proud of Luz (Lusby),” said coach Berman. “Anyone who knows him understands how committed he is to his craft. He really wants to be great and puts in the work. This has been a goal of his for a long time, so it’s always great to see someone of such high character commit to a process and see it though. Josh Lusby had this to say on this to say on his time with the Wildcats:

“I’m extremely excited to continue my playing career at the professional level. It’s been quite the journey, but I wouldn’t be here today without my time playing for the Wildcats. The competition level of the ACHA is getting better and better every year and this really prepared me to make the jump to the pros. I just want to thank the staff, coaches, and fans at the University of Arizona for their support over the years and send a big thank you to my teammates for their support and part in getting me prepared for the next level. Tucson will forever feel like home. BEAR DOWN!”
