Wildcats Return to Winning Ways on Home Ice

Tucson Ariz.- University of Arizona Wildcat Hockey picked up a 4-2 victory on Saturday afternoon following a overtime loss on Friday to Oklahoma. The Wildcats, wearing their military appreciation jerseys on Saturday did not disappoint the home fans to claim their 5th victory of the season. Defenseman, Nicholas Chiocca, put up two points with a goal and an assist on the game-winning goal. Forward, Tyler Shetland, had two assists on the day. Freshman goaltender, Nate Gulsvig, picked up his fist ACHA start and win in the game.

The Cats are on the road this upcoming week with games vs. Arizona State at Mullett Arena. The Cats are currently down 1-0 in the Cactus Cup series and will look to rebound against the rival up north. Following those games the Cats will remain on the road for a weekend set vs. Utah before heading into the Thanksgiving break.

The Wildcats will return home on December 1st and 2nd to take on the University of Nevada-Las Vegas at 1pm both days. The Cats will look to get even with UNLV after consecutive loses in Las Vegas.
