Cats Extend Home Winning Streak to 4 with Victory over SDSU

Tucson Ariz.- University of Arizona Wildcat Hockey picked up a 4-1 victory over San Diego State University on Friday afternoon. The Cats were led by Hunter Hodgson who scored two goals in the game including the game winner. Forwards Micheal Pizzo, Jack Kurrle, and Dylan Walker both pick up two points in the game. Goaltender, TJ DeMeulenaere, picked up his second win of the weekend 17 of the 18 shots he faced.

The Wildcats are back in action tomorrow at 1pm vs the same San Diego State University. The Wildcats will look to build off the last two victories and finish the weekend off on a high note on home ice.  

The Wildcats hit the road next weekend for a weekend set vs. Grand Canyon University in Phoenix. The Wildcats swept Grand Canyon early in the season on home ice and will look to carry that momentum into the weekend set on the road on February 2nd and 3rd.
