Wildcats hit the road again to face Missouri State, Arkansas

For the third consecutive weekend, the Wildcats will hit the road, this time to take on Missouri State in Springfield, Missouri on Thursday. The team will then travel to Springdale, Arkansas to face the Arkansas Razorbacks on Friday and Saturday.

Last weekend, the Wildcats dropped two in a row to Arizona State in Tempe. The Sun Devils took game one on Friday 4-2 and Saturday 6-1.

Toppie Hogan was a bright spot for the Wildcats last weekend as he scored and assisted on all three of the team's goals. In Friday's game, Hogan collected a goal and an assist and added another goal on Saturday. Hogan leads the team in points with 14 and assists with 8. He is tied for first in goals with Kyle Fargesen for goals with 6 each.

Missouri State comes in to Thursday's game with a 7-9 record on the year. The Ice Bears dropped two games to Central Oklahoma earlier in the season, a team the Wildcats beat 2-1 on Oct. 13. MSU is led offensively by Andrew Kovacich who has 18 points.

Arkansas is off to a tough start to begin the season as it currently holds a 3-13 record. The Razorbacks have faced tough teams in Colorado, Colorado State, Oklahoma and Central Oklahoma. The team is led by Luc Gradisar and Matt Robinson who each have 16 points.
