The Wildcats hockey team defeated No. 3 Arizona State 2-1 Friday night at the TCC. Ethan Stalhuth got the scoring started for the Wildcats in the second then Dylan Carter followed with a goal of his own.

The player of the game went to Garrett Patrick who stopped 24 shots, including a crucial penalty shot late in the third period.

"This one is for the fans," coach Berman said. "They've stuck with us through this drought, let's do it again tomorrow. This team is capable of great things and I think they are starting to realize it.
