The University of Arizona Hockey team visited Children’s Hospital at the University of Arizona Cancer Center today!

The Wildcat’s will host their 3rd annual ‘Pink the Rink’ Cancer benefit game this Friday against Utah at 7:30 pm. The players will be wearing limited addition pink jerseys with the names of various loved ones on the back. Fans all over the country were able to purchase these jerseys for $250 and will receive their jersey right off the players back during an on-ice ceremony immediately following the game. All proceeds go towards the University of Arizona Cancer Center to help raise money and awareness!

"The Pink the Rink game is my favorite game every year. It's more than a hockey game.-the atmosphere and pride felt in the TCC becomes amplified. It feels like the entire city of Tucson is pulling together for a great cause. We hope to play hard and honor those special names on our backs."

Also, make sure to bring your dogs to the game on Saturday night as the team will take on Utah for their 2nd annual Pucks and Paws event!
