“Once a Wildcat, ALWAYS a Wildcat!”

The University of Arizona Hockey Alumni Association is a not-for-profit organization formed in 2014 and managed by hockey alumni. The Association is recognized by the Arizona Wildcat Hockey Club, University of Arizona Foundation and UA Campus Recreation as the representative of alumni interests in the hockey club.

The Association operates under a set of bylaws outlining our objectives, roles & responsibilities:

• The promotion of the game of hockey in Tucson, within the University of Arizona community and within the state of Arizona.
• To generate, administer and disperse funds, consistent with the UA Hockey Clubs’ needs, requests, long-term interests and goals.
• To represent the interests of Alumni in hockey, to the UA Hockey Club and University Administration. 
• To advocate and advise – only as requested by student players, coaches and administrators – on matters related to the Hockey Club, assuring its long-term financial health, competitiveness, stature and traditions.
• To improve the quality and consistency in decision-making and communications among Alumni, related to the Club and Alumni activities.
• To serve in a stewardship role, maintaining and improving information about past players and Club history.
• To bring Alumni of the Club together to further enjoy the game and the time each spent playing hockey at UofA. To further professional and civic interests, through individual relationships and organized Alumni activities.

The Alumni Association is a team sport. Whether you were part of the first generation who built the foundation of today’s team or whether you are a recent graduate, we need your assistance to help sustain the competitiveness and traditions of Arizona Hockey. There are many ways to be involved, including fundraising, organizing, event planning and sponsorship. We are a volunteer philanthropic organization.
