The Wildcats notched their second straight win Friday night when they defeated the Arkansas Razorbacks 5-4 in a game that had to be decided in a shootout.

The score was tied at four apiece at the end of regulation and overtime, but the Wildcats prevailed in the shootout.

Toppie Hogan continued his exceptional play of late as he added his third goal of the road trip in the first period. The team also got scores from Robbie Wilkinson, Dillon Balsamo and Matthew Armenti.

"We found a way to win and that's what matters most," coach Chad Berman said. "However, we came out to a hot start and then let off the gas pedal. I am looking forward to seeing how we respond tomorrow."

The Wildcats take on the Razorbacks again Saturday night at 7 p.m.
