Tucson – The #13 University of Arizona Wildcat hockey team defeated Grand Canyon University 15-0 on Saturday afternoon at the Tucson Arena. 

Chris Westlund scored a hat trick (three goals) and Anthony Cusanelli scored a "Texas hat trick" (four goals). Robert Smythe scored two goals and Jake Dickison, Orion Olsen, Justin Plumhoff, Ben Furie, Griffin Dyne, and Tyler Griffith also scored for the Wildcats. Goaltender Anthony Ciurro recorded a shutout. 

The Wildcats improved to a 17-7 record. The next home games are January 12 and 13 at 7:30 pm against Utah at the Tucson Arena. Friday night is the annual Nova Home Loans Teddy Bear Toss and Saturday night is the fourth annual Pink the Rink cancer awareness fundraiser.
