Tucson – The #13 University of Arizona Wildcat hockey team defeated Utah 7-3 on Friday night at the Tucson Arena. Anthony Cusanelli scored twice and Robert Smythe, Jake Dickison, Tyler Griffith, Keelan Ulnick and Josh Larson also scored for the Wildcats. 

"We're starting to put the pieces together at the right time," said UA head coach Chad Berman. "And the competition is only going to get tougher from here."

The Wildcats now have a 18-7 record and will play Utah again tomorrow night at 7:30 pm at the Tucson Arena. Tomorrow is the fourth annual Pink the Rink cancer awareness fundraiser, presented by Safeway and Albertsons. Wildcat players will wear special pink jerseys and several will have a name of a loved one on the back, sponsored by donations. All proceeds benefit the University of Arizona Cancer Center, and the game-worn jerseys will be presented to the donors in honor of those who have survived cancer or who have passed on.
