ARIZONA HOCKEY 2018 NATIONAL TOURNAMENT VIDEO RECAPS

TUCSON, Ariz – University of Arizona Wildcat hockey concluded their season Friday, March 9, 2018 at the ACHA National Tournament in Columbus, Ohio. Arizona defeated #17 Missouri State 4-1 in their first game on March 8, and then fell to #1 Minot State 5-1 in their second round match-up the next day.

The Wildcats finish with a 24-11-2 record and a Cactus Cup 2017-18 season-series championship vs rival Arizona State.

TEAM AWARDS:
Freshman forward Anthony Cusanelli has been selected as the Arizona team 2017-18 season MVP and also Rookie of the Year. Cusanelli was also recently named the Western Collegiate Hockey League MVP, Rookie of the Year, a member of the All-Rookie team, and winner of the WCHL sportsmanship award.
