Anthony Cusanelli Named Team Rookie of the Year and M.V.P.!

Every season the Wildcat hockey player’s vote for the M.V.P. and Rookie of the year: Surprise, surprise - Anthony Cusanelli was selected as the winner for both honors by his peers - finishing the season with 30 goals, 21 assists, and 51 points in 28 games played.

Anthony started off the season incredibly hot, finishing the first semester leading the entire country in goals.

After a bad ankle sprain suffered against Utah, Cusanelli was never quite the same. Leading up the injury the Wildcats had a record of 20-7-0. After the injury the team took a considerable step backward, finishing the season with a record of 5-6-2.

The Wildcats would finish the season with a record of 25-13-2, marking the best record in decades!
