#16 Arizona Hockey Defeats #24 Arizona State University

TUCSON, AZ – Tucson, Ariz. – The #16 University of Arizona Wildcats hockey team defeated #24 Arizona State University 4-2 on Friday night at the Tucson Arena.  Anthony Cusanelli, Bayley Marshall, and Jake Dickison scored for the Wildcats.  Bayley Marshall scored twice.   The Wildcats own a record of 3-0-0. 

“I loved the shot blocks today,” said UA head coach Chad Berman.  “I think there is no greater way to show that you want to win than to put your body in front of the puck for your teammates.  That's a big positive.”

The Wildcats' next series takes place on the road when they play Missouri State University and the University of Arkansas.  The University of Arizona Wildcats will not play at home again until November 3rd, when they face the NHL Alumni Team.
