ARIZONA WILDCATS HOCKEY RETURNS TO TCC

TUCSON, Ariz – University of Arizona Wildcats Hockey returns to Tucson on Saturday, November 3 to take on the NHL Alumni Team at the Tucson Arena. The puck will drop at 7:30 PM.

Tickets for the game on November 3 against the NHL Alumni Team will be 50% off with a ticket stub from Tucson Comic-Con (which is also at the Tucson Convention Center that weekend).  Popcorn will be sold for only $1 at the concession stands inside the Tucson Arena.  There will also be a Comic-Con costume contest held during the game.

A full roster of the NHL Alumni Team will be released during the week of the game, but we do know that NHL players will include former Arizona Coyotes Taylor Pyatt and Greg Adams.  The NHL Alumni Team will also wear the jerseys of the NHL Arizona Coyotes. 

Following five road wins through the first two weeks of October, the Wildcats own a 8-1-0 record.  The Wildcats will go on the road one more time in October as they face off against the University of Central Oklahoma on Thursday, October 25, and the University of Oklahoma on Friday, October 26 and Saturday, October 27.

The game against the NHL Alumni team will mark just the third of twenty-six home games played by the Wildcats during the 2018-19 season.  Arizona Wildcats Hockey will resume regular season play the following weekend when they play Maryville University on Thursday, November 8 at 7:30 PM and Saturday November 10 at 1:00 PM.  The Wildcats will finish off the weekend against Grand Canyon University on Sunday, November 11 at 4:00 PM.
