VS. #13 UNLV

TUCSON, Ariz. – University of Arizona Wildcat Hockey defeated #13 University of Nevada, Las Vegas Saturday afternoon 4-3 in overtime.  Arizona goals were scored by Bayley Marshall, Keelan Ulnick, Chris Westlund, and Anthony Cusanelli with the overtime game winning goal.

Head coach Chad Berman emphasized the calmness of his team following the win saying, “This is a team that expects to win every game.  They do not just hope to win games.” 

Arizona and UNLV match up again Sunday afternoon at the Tucson arena.  The puck drops at 4:00 pm. 

Following the two-game series against UNLV, University of Arizona Wildcat hockey has 10 home games remaining in the second semester at the Tucson Arena.  The Wildcats face off against the University of Oklahoma on Thursday, January 17 and Central Oklahoma University on Friday, January 18 and Saturday, January 19.  The puck drops at 7:30 pm each night.
